Refund and Returns Policy
At ABH Laptops, we aim to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product has a verified hardware fault reported within the warranty period
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered
- The product is damaged during delivery (must be reported within 24 hours)
Returns are not accepted for change of mind or minor cosmetic issues.
7 Days Checking Warranty
Customers are allowed a 7-day checking period after delivery to test the product.
If a genuine hardware issue is found within this period, the product may be:
- Repaired
- Replaced (subject to availability)
- Refunded (in special cases)
1 Month Hardware Warranty
We provide 1 month hardware warranty covering major internal hardware faults such as motherboard and RAM (terms apply).
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in original condition
- All accessories (charger, box, etc.) must be included
- The product must not be physically or liquid damaged
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:
- Physical or liquid damage
- Software-related issues
- Battery backup complaints (unless specifically covered)
- Damage caused by misuse or mishandling
- Accessories (chargers, cables, etc.)
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side
Exchange Policy
If an exchange is approved:
- The replacement product will be dispatched after receiving the returned item
- Replacement depends on product availability
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by our error
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
